It can vary a bit since it's coming from Morocco. I got a small lantern and it took maybe 2.5 weeks to get to me in Texas. Three weeks might be cutting it close for a pouf, those are a bit bigger.

I ordered some babouche slippers once and they got to NYC in about 10-12 days. A pouf might take a little longer though, just because of size/weight.

I had to return a rug that didn't quite match my decor last year. It wasn't too bad, just make sure you read their return policy carefully for rugs specifically, as I think it's a bit different than smaller items. But the process itself was smooth.

Nah, it's all legit handmade. I got a pouf last year and it felt super authentic, like you could tell a lot of care went into it. They work directly with artisans over there.

I've bought from both. MyTindy feels a bit more curated, like they've already sifted through for good quality. Etsy can be hit or miss sometimes, you really have to dig for good sellers. Prices are probably similar for comparable quality.

MyTindy definitely feels like they vet their artisans more strictly. I've had better luck with consistent quality from MyTindy than random Etsy shops. Price-wise, it's in the same ballpark, but sometimes you get better deals on MyTindy during their sales.

Most places that sell these types of poufs ship them unstuffed to save on shipping costs. Expect to fill it yourself.
